Refund Policy

All service requests submitted to Canadafy are final.

Once a service request has been filed, submitted, or initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

However, where a service has not yet been rendered or initiated, Canadafy may, at its sole discretion, approve a full or partial refund. Any such decision does not create an obligation or precedent for future refunds.

Government filing fees, third-party fees, and processing costs are non-refundable in all cases.
